Hours vary dependent on volunteer availability, base exercise status holiday schedules, and weather conditions that restrict base access.
Donations
The Cannon Thrift Shop welcomes donations of new or gently used: working electronics, appliances, furniture, clothing for all ages, shoes, books, CDs, curtains, linens and household goods. Please do not donate undergarments, socks or swimwear for health and sanitation reasons. We have a convenient 24-hour drop off located in the back of the shop.​
Sales
All sales made at the Thrift Store support the Cannon Spouses' Club Welfare Division's philanthropic activities for education and charitable purposes. Programs such as the Cannon Food Pantry, Diamond Sharp, The Portales Children's Home Birthday Program, the Airmen's Attic, and the CSC College Scholarship are all supported by sales from the Thrift Shop.
Volunteering
Volunteers sort, price and place donations in the store. Cannon Thrift Shop volunteers also earn points toward shopping in the store. If you are interested in volunteering at Cannon Thrift Shop, simply stop by and speak to the Store Manager or message us on Facebook.
